It uses low-impact, high repetition small movements to tone and strengthen your large and small muscle groups, with an extra emphasis on the legs.

Sculpt is a dynamic Pilates-inspired workout to the beat of the music. It is a low-impact class suitable for those who may suffer from lower back issues. Sculpt uses a variety of tools including ankle weights, resistance bands, sliders, to strengthen and tone your whole body, with an extra emphasis on the glutes and core. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, you will surely feel the burn!
